How to Use

Upon launching the app for the first time, enter your Teletalk mobile number. You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) via SMS. Enter this OTP to verify your account. Once logged in, the home screen will display your balance. Use the bottom navigation bar to access recharge, packages, and account settings.

Troubleshooting

Problem Not receiving OTP during login
Solution Ensure your Teletalk SIM is active and has network coverage. Check if your SMS inbox is full. You can tap 'Resend OTP' after 60 seconds.
Problem App is crashing on startup
Solution Clear the app cache from your device settings (Settings > Apps > My Teletalk > Storage > Clear Cache). If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the latest version.
Problem Balance is not updating after recharge
Solution Pull down on the home screen to refresh the data. If the balance still doesn't update, wait 5-10 minutes as network delays can occasionally occur.
