How to Install

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone and search for 'MyBL' or 'Banglalink'.
  2. Tap Install on the official app published by Banglalink (developer: Banglalink Digital Communications Limited).
  3. If you prefer the APK, download it only from the trusted APKMirror link above and enable 'Install unknown apps' for your browser when prompted.
  4. Open the app, select your language and tap 'Login with OTP'.
  5. Enter your Banglalink number, type the OTP sent via SMS and grant the requested permissions.
  6. You are in — start exploring offers, recharge and digital services.

How to Update

  1. Open Google Play Store and tap your profile icon at the top right.
  2. Choose 'Manage apps & device' and open the 'Updates available' list.
  3. Find MyBL (My Banglalink) and tap 'Update'. To stay current automatically, enable 'Auto-update' from the app's Play Store page.
  4. If you installed via APK, simply download the latest APK from APKMirror and tap it to install over the existing version — your data is preserved.

How to Use

After signing in with OTP, the home screen shows your balance, validity and a Quick Recharge button — tap it to top up using bKash, Nagad, Rocket or a credit/debit card. Use the 'Buy Bundles' tile to filter by Internet, Minute, SMS or Mixed packs and tap any offer to see full terms before purchase. The 'Amar Offer' card highlights personalized discounts. Open the Digital Services tab to access music, games, online courses, doctor consultation, utility bill payment, ticketing and BL WiFi. Visit 'My Profile' to manage FNF numbers, see usage history, view USSD codes and switch language between English and Bangla. You can earn coins from the Community section and redeem them for bonus internet or discounts.

Troubleshooting

Problem OTP not arriving
Solution Make sure you have network signal, the SIM is in the active slot, and your number is a valid Banglalink prepaid/postpaid number. Wait 60 seconds and tap 'Resend OTP'. If still failing, dial *121# and confirm the SIM is active.
Problem App keeps crashing or showing white screen
Solution Go to Settings > Apps > MyBL > Storage and tap 'Clear cache' (do not clear data unless asked). Update to the latest version. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall — your account will restore after OTP login.
Problem Recharge or purchase fails but money was deducted
Solution Wait 10–15 minutes for the gateway to settle. If the amount is not credited, capture the transaction ID and contact Banglalink at 121 (from BL) or 01911-304121, or email [email protected].
Problem Cannot install APK — 'App not installed'
Solution Ensure your Android version is 6.0 or higher and that you have at least 200 MB free storage. Uninstall any older or non-official copy first, then re-download the APK from the trusted source listed above.
Problem Login error 'Number is not Banglalink'
Solution Use an active Banglalink (017/014) number to sign in. Numbers from other operators are not supported by MyBL.
