Installation & Updates
How to Install
- Choose your platform (Android or iOS) from the download links provided.
- Click the link to open the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Tap the 'Install' or 'Get' button.
- Wait for the download and installation to complete.
- Open the My Teletalk app and log in using your Teletalk phone number.
How to Update
- Open the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your device.
- Search for 'My Teletalk' in the search bar.
- If an update is available, you will see an 'Update' button instead of 'Open'.
- Tap 'Update' and wait for the new version to install.
How to Use
Upon launching the app for the first time, enter your Teletalk mobile number. You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) via SMS. Enter this OTP to verify your account. Once logged in, the home screen will display your balance. Use the bottom navigation bar to access recharge, packages, and account settings.
